Muscle Mass and Your Flexibility

Five minutes of stretching before and after a round of golf will enable you to play golf without any trouble or injury.

Walk Instead of Riding a Golf Cart

For those that have been playing golf for some time but have been using a golf cart to ride around the course, then now is the time to start thinking about walking the course. If it is your first time walking the course, you could start out by walking a number of holes and alternate some holes by riding in the cart (presuming you have some golf partners that can take turns driving the cart for you.) Gradually increase the number of holes that you walk per round until you can manage to walk easily the 18-holes every time.
