<p>Just to say, with over 15 years experience helping other people, training myself to get ripped, training for sports that Ive played and spending countless hours in the gym working out, I&#8217;m very confident to know what actually works and what doesn&#8217;t.</p>
<p>First, I want to make sure my responses are understood. I&#8217;m going to tell you what works for people that have a limited amount of time to get there exercise in, I expect you readers do not have 90 minutes per day to exercise. Now days there is not enough time in the day to get what you want done. That&#8217;s also why there is a big disconnection between the information provided in fitness magazines to the readers who cant apply the info found in magazines because of the time deficiency.</p>
<p>There is just not enough time to workout 6-8 hours a week. Or the fact that we actually need it. Unless you are a tri athlete you might need it but not if you&#8217;re someone that just wants to lose fat and build the muscle your looking for.</p>
<p>The main point for getting a nicer body is to use body weight exercises to get your warm up going then strength training super sets to build that muscle and then finish with interval training to get rid of the fat in a quick amount of time.</p>
<p>Turbulence Training is the only workout program that provides a system that was built to have you done with your workouts in 45 minutes, only doing this three times a week. You will begin doing a 5 minute bodyweight exercises as your warm up. This is a lot more effective than spending time on the treadmill, which dont do anything besides getting you ready to walk more on the treadmill.</p>

<p>1. No support whatsoever </p>
<p>Trying to lose fat without any social support from your friends, family, trainer, etc. is not the way to go. Research has proved that with social support you will most likely be successful in burning fat. Concentrate on two people out of your social support that has be successful as well.</p>
<p>2. Not using a program</p>
<p>If you walk into the gym wondering what you are going to do first today then you should just leave because your wasting your time. Make a plan, understand what you got to do. Stay with it and complete it. Now you wont be walking around the gym figuring out where to start.</p>
<p>3. Doing the same workout 4 weeks later</p>
<p>No same workout should be continued for more than 4 weeks, especially if you haven&#8217;t been receiving much results. Mix it up a here and there often, you will see awesome results and have more fun exercising.</p>
<p>4. Not taking it into consideration that nutrition is a big part to losing fat as well</p>
<p>If you want to lose fat you will have to eat right for fat loss to occur. You won&#8217;t be able to train like an animal then eat junk food and still expect to lose fat. No program can promise you that. Diet is just as important as training, eat whole natural foods in 6 medium sized meals a day. Intake lots of fiber, a lot of protein and vegetables. Eat good fats, stay away from trans fat and Drink as much water as you possibly can. Pretty simple, very effective.</p>

<p>People ask me if doing more lifting and more cardio in their workouts would be even better, well it&#8217;s a no, a big NO. Doing so is not recommended at all. People think the more the merrier. There is a limit when you workout, you can only do so much.</p>
<p>Your body will breakdown to fast due to to much working out, mainly when you are dieting. Training to much and a low calorie diet will not go together. This type of training will not optimize your engine and it won&#8217;t run to its fullest.</p>

The only thing that really matters is the results, not sore muscles or being exhausted after each workout, and not feeling like your lacking food. <p>I get asked often what is the best way to burn fat and build muscle. A lot of people want to know if aerobics exercise is the only way to go than doing strength training, or if the common exercises that involve cardio does more than interval training.</p>
<p>Just to say, with over 15 years experience helping other people, training myself to get ripped, training for sports that Ive played and spending countless hours in the gym working out, I&#8217;m very confident to know what actually works and what doesn&#8217;t.</p>
<p>First, I want to make sure my responses are understood. I&#8217;m going to tell you what works for people that have a limited amount of time to get there exercise in, I expect you readers do not have 90 minutes per day to exercise. Now days there is not enough time in the day to get what you want done. That&#8217;s also why there is a big disconnection between the information provided in fitness magazines to the readers who cant apply the info found in magazines because of the time deficiency.</p>

<p>The workout that was made for 300 the movie is the big talk of the fitness industry. It has helped many actors achieve themselves to be ripped fully head to toe, by using weight loss and calorie burning.</p>
<p>The 300 workout is incredible, having been featured On ESPN, and Mens Health. Everyone is always looking for the 300 workout on the internet. So heres the mini version of the workout made for the average man and women</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s how the original 300 Workout goes, its a challenge.</p>
<p>a) Pull ups &#8211; 25 reps  b) Dead lifts with 135lbs &#8211; 50 reps  c) Push ups &#8211; 50 reps  d) 24-inch Box jumps &#8211; 50 reps   e) Floor wipers &#8211; 50 reps  f) 1-arm Clean &amp; Press with 36lbs Kettle bell &#8211; 50 reps   g) Pull ups &#8211; 25 reps</p>
<p>NO scheduled rest between these exercises. Although, eventually you&#8217;ll slow down. I went and tried this workout last week and managed to get it done in about 20 minutes or so. Try a 300 workout for you!</p>
<p>Luckily, this workout can easily be changed if you like. Exercises can be subbed in, and can drop the number of repetitions down to 200, 150, or 100 &#8211; still being that total body challenge.</p>
<p>An example, you might do the 200 repetition workout &#8211; Great workout for a guy with moderate fitness.</p>
<p>5 Chin ups  20 prisoner squats  20 push ups   100 Jumping Jacks   30 Bicycle Crunches   10 decline push ups   15 body weight inverted rows</p>
<p>You could do 100 reps of rope jumping to finish off 300 total repetitions.</p>
<p>Women that are intermediate can do a 150 repetition workout.</p>
<p>5 Body weight Inverted Rows  10 Body weight Sumo Squats   15 body weight squats   15 Push ups (doing as many regular push ups, followed by kneeling)  50 jumping jacks   10 spider man climbs   20 reverse lunges   25 bicycle crunches</p>
<p>Add about 50 rope skips for the total 200 repetitions &#8221; if you want 150 skips for the total of 300 reps.</p>
<p>Quite Tough, but fair and the job gets done. Now you may do your own version of the 300 workout if you want and build your body looking fantastic. Don&#8217;t be training like this every day. Use one of these workouts only once every month as an extra challenge for yourself.</p>
<p>For your regular fat burning workouts, stick to the Turbulence Training workouts for men and women. You&#8217;ll dramatically boost your metabolism, burn fat, and maximize your total fitness so that you will be ready to go and do your very own 300 test.</p>
